I am new but think I have most figured. I have the FoxAlien CL 4X4 and running it with Easel Pro. I was cutting a simple text and 5% into the cut the Y Axis went way off track over 18’ away from the piece of wood. The simulation shows no indication of such action but I even tried to recut on same size piece and did the same thing. If anyone knows what is happening, I would greatly appreciate some assistance.
Check to see if there is a stray pixel or point in that area and delete it. That’s what always happens to me if it does something like that. Usually manipulating my drawing over and over causes something like that to happen to me. In my cad program I can change colors of the objects and then select one color at a time and I can delete it. Duplicate items can also occur.
I could not find any stray pixels. Wouldn’t it also show up in the simulation? I am lost. I got it to work perfect for about 10 projects and then all of the sudden, I can no longer get it to stop going off track or stopping mid project either by just going off track or stopping mid project.
Well if you want to share the project we can see what it does for us. Maybe it’s a machine problem or setting. Did you check the grbl settings?
