Usually before I begin my cut, I will place 4 Shallow drill marks at the far edges of the cuts to make certain the cuts are lining up where they should. The cuts are not lining up. In fact, they are approximately 1 inch further out than they should be. So I ran the program and let it travel without cutting into the stock and sure enough, the measurements are off about 1 inch too wide.
What should I do?
You should calibrate your machine. Basically it is telling the machine to move a certain distance and then accurately measure that distance. Then compare the two numbers and adjust the settings accordingly from where they are now. I use UGS for control and they have a set up wizard that allows you to do that. I think Easel does as well.

Start by homing your machine in Easel. If homing is disabled go into Machine inspector and enter $22=1 and press enter. You should now be able to home the machine. After homing return to the machine inspector and enter G10 L20 P1 X0 Y0 Z0 and press enter. That will set the work zero to the same location as machine zero. If your project in Easel started in the lower left corner basically x0 and Y0 then you should be on. If you want the spindle to start a a different position move it to that position and set it as work zero.
