Printing 2-Sided 3D STL Easel Pro Issues

This is the first time cutting a STL File. It’s a 2-sided print, I’m not able to figure out how to cut the first side (only the 2 cutouts on the bottom) without the 1st rough cut trying to continue cutting to the 2nd side. This is a stl file that I created in Fusion 360 then imported it into easel. The only thing I can think of, is to create 2 files making each one without the second side. I’m still a beginner at all of this, so any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t have easel pro so I don’t know what the gcode output looks like, but I have done 2 sided products. I employ a centerline and make the XY and Z zero’s at the end of the centerline on top of the material. I’d have two files and use a dremel v bit to find the exact point to make 0,0,0. Then when done, flip it over, and line up the v bit again to the same spot on the other side.
