Hi @JdDickinson,

Might be worth posting a separate topic about getting information on depth per pass. One thing I’ll quickly mention is that we are working on integrating better feed rate and depth per pass recommendations into Easel based on extensive real world testing with all of the materials that are displayed in Easel. We’ve rolled this out for our Carvey machine and are working on rolling it out for X-Carve as well. It is an ongoing effort that we’ll be working on over time for different configurations of hardware.

I’ve been following the discussions on the 2 stage cuts. That would be a real game-changer for me. Am always struggling with designs that need a smaller bit for a few elements, but then take forever to finish. Swapping out bits in the middle of a carving session would be a major upgrade. Include me in!!
