Hi Jeff, so far so good. To solve my bit alignment issue I switched on the router before before hitting ‘Raise Bit’ meaning that it cut a trace of a circle into the material. I could then use the 0,1mm increments to align the second smaller bit to the trace circle from the first. I did find a depth difference between the roughing and the finishing detail cut,(roughing deeper), but this may quite easily be my machine setup. (still finding optimal pressures on the eccentric v wheels)
Is the idea of adding the ability to do a finish pass on the bottom of your carve getting any traction?
