Looking to be an Inlaid Cutting Board guy.
I’m using a modified 3018 CNC plus 10W laser.
Out are it’s plastic Z carriage and 10mm X and Y slider rails.
In is a 12mm linear rail and ball-screw Z carriage.
Also in are 20mm linear rails on both the X and Y.
I call it Little Stiffy
A 500W spindle caps off the upgrades so far.
Next will either be to extend the Y axis out for 400mm travel or replace the Eleksmaker board with a MKS DLC32 using Fluidnc.
