Can I add fonts to easel that I use on V-carve Pro?
No, for designing in Easel you are limited to the included fonts.

can you add olde english to the fonts please
You’d need to select from the available fonts and if you have pro there are additional pro fonts to choose from and add.
If you want to use a font that is not available you can use a different software like inkscape to make the text and then import that design as a .SVG like this
