I have a xcarve pro that i am trying to set up on my existing easel (i already have a 1000mx1000m set up on that account). all lights are green everywhere but the computers not seeing the the xcarve pro. I installed all the drivers on both computers and nothing. when I went to the device managers under the usb controllers and it says "unknown USB Device (Device Description Request Failed). Anyone know a way to fix that?
