Carve button stays blue

have been using easel pro for 2 months, just yesterday the carve button is staying blue.
i get a message to install easel driver, i have tried that but still does not fix the problem.
any ideas how to fix this.

I am having similar issues. My setup was working perfectly until I HAD to upgrade to Pro in order to finish a project. After the upgrade to Pro I cannot get past the “Download Driver” message. The comm port on my PC is correct but I cant find a way to check if the Easel program is sending to correct comm port.

Fixed. On the search bar, on the left side of the Easel address there are these view site info bars. You can allow access here.
