Carve completedwindow but carve has not finished

Since update start doing my carve and before the carve is done the pop up window says carve completed and a few mins the machine stops. any suggestions

Please Check your Bit Size.
If the bit specified is bigger than the item being carved, the machine will not find it.

I am having the same issue, since an update, machine saying 3d carve is complete and returns to starting position, which the carve is not complete, and I have also noticed the carve time has dramatically increased from past carves. Yes, I have the right size bit installed. Getting very frustrated when into a 4+ hr carve and it stops saying complete 2-3 hours into it, and yes, my USB ports are set up correctly as I just started having this issue after the update.

I had a similar problems and I found that Windows was issuing an interrupt and the operating system was waiting for a key board reply. Try checking for this type of conflict. In my case it was either the software timing out while waiting for a reply from Easel or possibly a reply to the sleep mode timer.

I will check with my IT personal (my children) for more details.
