I’ve been working with the AI help chatbot on Easel regarding a persistent display issue involving 3D carve and texture rendering in Chrome on my Mac. I followed every recommendation provided, including changing graphics-related settings, disabling various Chrome features, resetting the browser, restarting the chat session, and confirming that both Chrome and macOS Sequoia are fully up to date.
Unfortunately, none of these changes resolved the issue. The display is still distorted whenever I use 3D carve or texture functions. At this point, I’m hesitant to proceed with any actual carving because I’m concerned the distorted rendering could lead to ruining expensive wood stock.
I’m trying to determine whether:
-
This is a known compatibility issue with Chrome on macOS Sequoia,
-
Whether other users are experiencing the same problem,
-
Or whether I should abandon Chrome altogether and switch to Safari or another browser for Easel.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance, recommendations, or confirmation from others experiencing similar issues. Right now, Easel simply does not appear to function correctly in Chrome on my system.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
