Easel crashes on Log in and 3d cut?

Hey.

  1. Went to use one of the free4 day of Pro and it crashes. Won’t load my projects.
    Have closed windows and re tried but no success.
    I open web browser, log in with U/name and password and it crashes. Happens on desktop and the laptop.

2.When using the pro for a 3D cut, can I select a facing cut and then the inside contour, I don’t want to cut the outside rectangle of the project I imported ?
