It appears that you are using a 3018 model cnc (or some variant based on that platform)
And the carve result shown appears to be loosing steps.
there are many causes for lost steps including but not limited to:
- carving too aggressively beyond the cnc’s capabilities (this can cause the steppers to not be capable of delivering the torque required to push through material)
- crashing into a physical object like a clamp or end of travel
- issues with the machine not being well maintained, like loose anti-backlash device, loose shaft couplers, etc.
