Any idea if this is caused by a known 3D error? Note the first 80% is carved correctly, but when it finishes the right and top and moves to the left it carves .05 thicker. I have carved this multiple times at different sizes and it repeats though the smaller sizes are less than .05 error.
Sorry, I am fairly new to Easel and first time trying to use the forum. I have edited my original post and added a link to the project…I hope that works. If not please let me know where I should include the link, it is not clear to me yet how to use this forum.
A couple things I’d check are the squareness of the axes and possibly you’ll need to tram the spoilboard to ensure it is parallel to the gantry. We all are learning about Easel here… don’t fret about the learning curve.
