Fine/thin cuts

hello i need some help please want to make fine/thin cuts or ingraving but only do thick change bit size dont work

Well I would say you need to select a bit with a more acute angle and set the depth to obtain your desired width. Maybe something like this: Buy Whiteside Carving Liner CNC Router Bit, 5/8" Point, 1/4" SH at Woodcraft

I have very good results with ether these bits from Genmitsu

0r these conical [bits] from amazon (Ball Nose CNC Router Bits End Mill 2.4Deg 2D and 3D Carving Lettering Sign Making Woodworking Nano Blue Coated Up Cut with 1/4 inch Shank 3 inch Overall Length T2110BC : Amazon.ca: Tools & Home Improvement)

I routinely cut 3/16" characters in acrylic using my 3030 ProVer Max and 300 watt spindle.

I am thinking about ordering some drag bitshttps://www.amazon.ca/RDZ-DEGREE-DIAMOND-ENGRAVING-TOOL/dp/B082S332GZ/ref=sr_1_2?crid=EDGZZB5PTN7C&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.fWMZBlF16m7u2iHL3fMxxoDWIiEphvWnX2qOetN7a3Q6f4BFCq4ty0DUz156kBdhoKzwk5d_ukOGt652jso_kzFksh7HXrgyguuPsKskUsOfCHY7ZnYvrxfx5a2seFSWOmifVcyOomuGW8epaWYw0XYLvAwK2dmsPPY29ed2Yvc4BJFjDR29ripo0VKEKpXHJRHpeNqmYz78-QCka73ys_OtaaJE6aQ4UN_mHYlpTUU.-2F5cPGzEluNiPD8AzvSX9bsPYaEgsvagrISI96LTZE&dib_tag=se&keywords=drag+bit+jewelry&qid=1776791686&s=industrial&sprefix=drag+bit+jewerly%2Cindustrial%2C120&sr=1-2-catcorr so I could engrave some smaller characters.

When you make a design the lines it looks so thin thats how I wants to cut/ingrave but all the cuting opstions make it so thick is there something i do wrong smallest bit i tryed was 1/16 but

Well, you can also find single line fonts, but I don’t know if Easel supports that or not. Try a shallower depth of cut first. Material choices can also impact the results too. Basswood as an example might show a smoother result than some other more splintery timber. Apparently Easel Pro will allow single line fonts.
