Inport stl and want to add text, but no tools to do it, where are they located

You can’t add text within Easel when importing an STL currently. You’ll need to do this in an external program unfortunately (e.g. Fusion 360).

What James mentioned here is 100% correct.
Easel Pro now includes the ability to CARVE a 3d model, but not to edit them (other than size and aspect ratio)…
You’d need a software specific to Editing 3d models, I suggest Blender or Meshlab as they are much less of a learning curve than Fusion360 especially for editing STL file types, however If you’ve got the patience to learn Fusion360, it is a very powerful software…
