How can I get my text to be bold or thicker

As you can see those letters could be “thicker” not bigger

Maybe use a V bit and change the depth for the text? Separate the “symbols” from the text and make 2 files with different bits. Let us know if this works out for you.

You can get .5 mm width taper or v bits for very inexpensive. I have even seen 10 degree tapers on these inexpensive V bit. It used to be free. Just make sure to set to cut on shape path. I have had no luck but I hear that the Scan to Cad program can do it.

use 2 files?

I like the idea of the 2 files.

I usually do a search and find the “perfect” font and then type the text desired in that font before importing it into Easel. Some times I bring the image into MS Paint to do any touch ups that I want. I can then finish it off as a project within Easel and proceed as normal. Pls be aware that some fonts are copywritten.

I just checked and there are hundreds of free fonts available in MS Notepad.
