How do you like to learn about new Easel features?

Hi, Easel Community,

When we release new tools or updates in Easel, what’s the best way for you to learn about them?

We’re always looking for better ways to help you stay in the loop and get the most out of what Easel can do. Some folks like reading up on changes, others prefer video walkthroughs, and some want the option to ask questions in real time.

Let us know what you’d find most helpful by answering the poll below. If there’s another method you love that isn’t listed, feel free to drop it in the comments.

Thanks for helping us make Easel even more helpful for you!

  • A quick YouTube Video
  • A live video walkthrough where I can ask questions
  • The Easel Support Center
  • I prefer to explore new features on my own

I picked “Easel Support Center”, but in reality, I prefer the posts that you all make here, in text. I would rather skim an article over a video in almost every single instance.

Articles are faster (for me, at least) by far to process, easier to refer back to when needed, and I prefer images & text to trying to see what someone is doing.

(About the only I time I personally prefer a video is if the steps to perform an action are complex & non-intuitive, which I hope would never occur within an app like Easel.)

I prefer an email with a short and long YouTube link. Gives me the option to deal with it how I choose as well as investigate further if I need to.
