Check your material thickness and check the depth of cut. I think….the depth of cut can’t exceed the thickness of the material. It looks like .31 vs. .30 in the settings you show.

For some reason I had chatgpt help me out a but it recommended these but still came out with that error

Well the way I see it, the depth isn’t going to get down to cut it out since the material is .500 thick in your first post today. 5 x 11 x .500. What happens if you make the depth of cut .500?

For me it’s hard to say without knowing what you are making, and twhat the depth of cuts per pass are. You could try it and see what happens I guess. 6 hours for a detailed carve might not be unreasonable.

i went to image to stl and had it converted to a stl from a png
