We’re excited to announce that you can now select and edit multiple cabinets at a time in the Design tab. Furthermore, all the per-project settings (materials, colors, construction, etc.) can also be changed on individual cabinets. This unlocks a lot of design possibilities for things like two-tone kitchens.
See the video below for an overview of the feature and what’s possible
How to get started
Single click in the 3D preview or left panel still selects an individual cabinet for editing. Pressing SHIFT + clicking will toggle selection of additional cabinets to allow editing multiple at a time.
When multiple cabinets are selected, the right panel updates to reflect the set of properties that can be edited concurrently for the current selection.
It’s also possible to drag-n-drop in the 3D preview when multiple cabinets are selected at a time.
There are a few different actions that can select specific groups of cabinets to aid in bulk editing.
Keyboard shortcuts:
CTRL (CMD on Mac) + A - Selects All cabinets
CTRL (CMD on Mac) + B - Selects Base/lower cabinets
CTRL (CMD on Mac) + U - Selects Upper/wall cabinets
There’s also a new menu option for each wall in the left panel. It supports the same options as above, but limited to a specific wall.
