Power up sequence 3030 power sequence

Should the spindle power supply be active (or powered) before Easel or other cnc program is first powered (active)? Is using a switched power bar enabling both to be powered simultaneously ok? Is the procedure the same of 1 3018 as it it for a 3030? What if I use a iMaticBox Relay Module and Switch? Is there a delay built into this relay module?

  1. When the machine is powered on, the spindle can also be powered on at the same time. Once the machine is connected to the software, you can directly control the spindle.

  2. For the 3030 PROVER MAX, the spindle is powered directly through the mainboard, so no separate power supply is needed.

  3. The procedure is basically the same as with the 3018.

  4. The relay module allows devices connected to it to start and stop in sync with the machine.
