Is there a way to FORCE Easel to save work? It is supposed to auto-save, and it used to. Now, I’m stuck… it refuses to save, I just get the little triangle with the “!” in the middle. No explanation as to why it won’t save, just the symbol saying that it won’t. I am connected to the internet (or this post would not go).
Any insight, assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If that message appears Easel is unable to save. Normally, it means your Internet connection went out. If that’s not the case then I would try to load the project in a new tab/window and continue working from there.

Have you updated the url you are using to easel.com instead of easel.inventables.com? I was having similar issues and then remembered that the url changed a few days ago. I reloaded my project under easel.com and everything is working properly again.

yes, I’ve been using Easel.com. The problem “went away” as the problems often do (until they raise their ugly heads again at some point in the future). This is my biggest frustration, that the problems/issues are neither constant nor consistent, making them very difficult to troubleshoot. I don’t know how much of the problem is the fault of Easel, how much of it is my computer, and how much is ‘something else’
either way, eventually I was able to ‘save’ the work, and it hasn’t been an issue since…
