You do good work on any scale!
Nice job Steve and glad to see you got it finished.
Wow! Steve, that looks great. How did you CNC that? LOL. You did an excellent job.
Very nicely done. I love the creative design for the space. Had to be a ton of fun mapping that out, lol.
He did it on the CNC by tiling.
@JanVanderlinden LOL! Alright! I knew there was a way.
Been here for over 4 years trying to figure out what to do and I came up with this. Original design had a lot more lumber in it. We re happy with it but still between 6p-8p doesnât offer any relief from the sun. Going to plant a couple more trees that should help solve that over time. I made a model out of cardboard and pine scraps so the wife could get and understanding of what i was doing. Surprisingly I could not find any pictures on google showing anything like it to use as an example.
Now I need to make a sign for it!
I had a similar issue in my yard space at my old place. What I did was put the beams up and then I bought shade blades and attached them with tension cables on the cross beams. I would have rather had more lumber like this but âhappy wife, happy lifeâ lol.
Hey Steve your stuff looks great, are you still getting the PVC from home depot? Cant seem to find here in Comiefornia.
Yep Home Depot, I havenât purchased it yet but my lowes has a 4x8 sheet of 3/8"
Hello Steve,
Awesome work on all your projects. Was wondering if you would share the RN file? My daughter is a nurse and would love to make that for her.
Thank you
Dave
Another flag ready for delivery, First time using masking material and painting the union stars white. I used my new Amana 90V, that thing is a beast and loud!
Is your 90V the one with the replaceable carbide insert? Amana RC-45711
Iâve got that one too. I need to make the jig shown here to help me when replacing the insert: Reddit - Dive into anything
This is the one that Steve has, Steve recommended the Amana bits with inserts to me.
