I have been asked to help refurbish a sign.I am trying to match the font.
Which Font already in Easel would be closest?

You might try this web site. It looks like you have to register with an Email so I didn’t give it a try myself.
This may be a way to replicate it.Do a pencil rubbing on a tracing paper and scan the image.
I went through all of my fonts, because it looked familiar, but I don’t have an exact match. It’s definitely some sort of pseudo-Gaelic or -Irish font, which could be a starting point.
The closest I got was one called KellsFLF, which is pretty decent on the E, T and U, OK on the A and N, but wildly off on the M and H:
