Hi Folks,
I am considering Using a Sanding Disc in the DeWalt 611 Router- I am thinking of the twistlock fiber discs, Using 2” twist lock jst to give the surface a better finish, or to add some different effects, such as removing paint or a finish in specific areas. The Twist Lock bases have a 1/4” shank which would easily fit in the chuck. I am thinking VERY LIGHT passes, just enough to clean up the surface?
What are your thoughts?

check the speed rating.
The router maybe faster than the disc will like.
