Does anyone know what happen to the off setter in the apps section. I used this to copy an image, and it would create a border once you put the image on it. Now every time I try to create it, it disappears.

Both Offsetter and Offsetter (v2) apps are being replaced by built in “Offset” functionality that is built in to Easel. Just right-click a shape and select “Offset” from the flyout menu. See more information on the announcement page.
