I need help how to achieve a sharp corner with V-bit on MDF Door, I am not making Shaker style door. Can anyone guide me through it please. I am using 60 degree V-bits and also what speed and feed to set it up. I do have success on MDF shaker routed door but not on regular v-bit profile.
Maybe this will help? Your question/statement is a bit confusing.

Thank you for reply, the links you sent me is for Shaker style. I am trying to make Raised panel door with 60 degrees inside edge profiles.
From what I have read today, the radius of the bit is the limiting part of this. Somehow you have to have a second pass with a tiny radius bit. I might be tempted to create a tool path to remove the excess from the 60 degree bit as a finish cut.
I don’t know how to create another tool path, there is no option that can overwrite the easel program.
I downloan the gcode for my door project and found the code for Z axis and change the height but easel wont accept it for upload. I tried to find gcode editor tools but I have to buy it.
Save your gcode as a text file. You can use a text editor like wordpad or notepad to edit it. You should be able to upload it by this button:
